About Us

Change Strategies Project

The Change Strategies Project develops and tests new programs for people who want to manage their own behaviour change. We aim to support individual decision-making and skill-building to help people reach their goals.

Have you ever decided to do something, like go to the gym, but ended up never doing it? Have you tried do something to cut down on gaming, but then stopped even though it worked for a while?

That is where we can help. Our programs guide you through an evidence-based planning technique. This technique is very likely to improve the success of your behaviour change goals.

Gaming Habit Hacker

Gaming Habit Hacker is an innovative 28-day training program to help people develop new habits for gaming reduction. In Gaming Habit Hacker, you can set a goal for gaming reduction, make a plan, and get free access to a coach.

Gaming Habit Hacker has multiple modules to make sure that everyone is able find a gaming reduction strategy that works for them. People can set their own goals and make plans to stick to for the next 28 days. This personalisation means that you only do work that is relevant to you.

We believe that knowledge comes from people who are experts in the field. Experts includes those who have had first-hand experience of gaming harm. It also includes clinicians, psychologists, counsellors, and academic researchers.
